Disappointing Dinner at Gandhi Tandoori: Terrible Service Ruins the Experience
Visiting a restaurant should be a enjoyable and memorable experience, but for us, our recent trip to Gandhi Tandoori was nothing short of a disappointment. Despite having made a reservation for two, we were greeted with a wait by the bar upon arrival. To make matters worse, the wait was unnecessarily prolonged as the server refused to seat us at any of the multiple empty tables, claiming they were being kept in case of a walk-in.
Our frustration reached a boiling point when, after a wait of nearly 25 minutes, we were finally seated at the very same table we had originally pointed out. When we brought this to the attention of the waiter, his response was simply that they were keeping the table for a possible walk-in. This lack of consideration for customers who have taken the time to make a reservation is unacceptable.
The service at Gandhi Tandoori was far from the level of professionalism one would expect from a restaurant. The wait staff seemed disorganized and unwilling to accommodate the needs of their guests. This poor level of service greatly impacted our overall dining experience.
We cannot recommend Gandhi Tandoori to anyone looking for a enjoyable dining experience. The terrible service and lack of attention to detail has earned them a rating of just 1/5 stars. It is unfortunate that such a disappointing experience overshadowed what could have been a delicious meal.
